How ordering works

CityQ is sold business-to-business. There is no cart — every order is confirmed with a sales agent so the specification, market availability and freight are correct before you commit.

Pick a model and fill in the quote form. It takes about a minute — name, company, contact details, city and country, plus how you plan to use CityQ.

No payment details are taken at this stage.

2. A sales agent confirms

A CityQ agent responds with a firm price for your market, including options, freight and lead time, and confirms the right model for the round you described.

3. Delivery and support

Bikes ship ex works from the German factory. Service, spare parts and demo centres are available across our operating markets — see demo and service centres.

Why is there no cart or online payment?

CityQ cargo bikes are commercial vehicles sold business-to-business. Specification, market availability, freight and lead time vary per order, so every purchase is confirmed with a sales agent rather than checked out online. The starting prices shown are real and are the basis of your quote.

What does the starting price include?

All prices are with 1 battery, ex freight directly from German factory. A second battery, shelving, side doors, cooling boxes and bike-to-brand wrapping are quoted as options. VAT is applied according to your country.

Do I need a driving licence to ride a CityQ?

No. Every CityQ model is built to EAPC specification — 250 W total motor output, pedal assistance cutting off at 25 km/h, and working pedals — so it is treated as a bicycle in the UK and most of the EU. No driving licence, registration, MOT or road tax is required. Confirm the current rule in your market before deploying a fleet.

What comes with the bike?

Each CityQ is supplied with one battery as standard. A second battery, internal shelving, side doors, a cooling box and bike-to-brand wrapping are available as options and are priced on your quote. Service, spare parts and support are handled through our demo and service centres.

Which markets do you deliver to?

CityQ operates across the UK, Germany, France, the Nordics and Benelux, with demo and service centres in Oslo and Stuttgart. Delivery times and local partner terms vary — the agent will confirm for your city and country.
